Views of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park

This past week we had the pleasure of driving through these beautiful mountains. I have several pictures I would love to show, but for now I just want to share these shots taken on the drive. If you ever have the opportunity to drive through the Smoky Mountain National Park, take the scenic route. It’s a slow drive but worth every extra minute. There are several stops along the way to get a better look or to walk a trail. It really is something to see GOD’s beautiful handiwork.

There are two short tunnels on the drive.

I couldn’t get over the view. It just seems to go on forever.

And there is why they are called the Smoky Mountains. 🙂

The drive, well the ride for me because I wasn’t driving…

It really is some beautiful untouched country up there.
