Math Practice 15 Pages Ages 8-10
This week I learned some new math skills myself…by doing laundry. Okay so it wasn’t real math and there wasn’t no actual numbers but the lesson learned will stick…to my dryer anyway because those sequins are NEVER coming off.
This past week was a review week for us in math. I like to go back and review sometimes just to make sure that those earlier lessons have stuck with them such as my laundry escapade with me. Practicing new skills as well as older ones helps us solidify those skills. Like the saying says, “Practice makes perfect.”
I had this idea that I would make them their own review book so I could make sure that it went along with what we were learning and reviewing at the time. I made it to page 15 before I realized I needed to split it up into sections or I would never get it shared and by the time I finished it they would already be in the next school year. This section covers Place Value, Comparison (Greater or Less Than), Rounding, Estimating, Addition and Subtraction, and Multiplication.
Please if you find any errors, email me. My error checker is a three year old that uses crayons to circle everything on the page. Cute but not always effective.
