Halloween Pumpkin Candy Corn Trick Or Treat Counting Activity
Here is a fun counting activity for the Halloween season. This activity consists of the pumpkin background page, number cards, and candy corn numbered pieces. There are three candy corns for each number one with a dot representation, the number, and the word. Although I could see using the pumpkin background to count real candy corn/candy pieces on, used as play dough mats, or just for use as printable decor.
Here is a close up of the candy corn numbered pieces. I laminated ours so she could manipulate them many times. She also uses them to put the candy corns with numbers on them in order from 1 – 12. 🙂
There are numbers included up to 12. I was able to fit all twelve candy corns on one sheet of laminating paper. I usually place the backgrounds in a dry erase folder to make them more sturdy but it’s not really necessary.
These folders also act as a carry all for when the activity is not in use. I’m not exactly sure where these came from as they were given to me but I searched for a similar type and found a couple places that sell them, here is some from Walmart and here is the company these particular ones came from. 🙂
