7 Different Color Sorting mats

Here is a fun activity for you to do with your preschoolers. There are seven color blocks and each color block has three matching objects. It’s a pretty quick and easy set up. Just print out the pdf pack and cut along the dotted lines. You can laminate it for prolonged use. 🙂

This activity would be great for preschoolers and you could also use it with toddlers to help practice color recognition.

Different ways to play:

Lay out the cards and have them match the card to the color block.
Use the color blocs as play dough mats.  Decorate the tree, fill Santa’s sleigh, or design an ornament.
Lay the cards out and ask them to find the color item. Such as, “Find me the blue glove.”
