Purple
Here is the sixth book in the I Know My Colors series. This book is all about the color purple. Nine pages of activities to help learn how to write, read, and color the color purple. From this do a dot coloring page of grapes to a page for the kids to draw their own purple related images, there is are lots of different activities. If you have been using the other color books, you kinda know what to expect but there are a few differences in this purple book.
One of those new activities is this princess page. The other books have been coloring pages but this one is a color the correct items purple. Although, all the items can be colored purple depending as well.
I found a small purple kid’s finger nail polish sitting on the printer while I was printing the pages out and had an idea to let her use it like paint for the blob page. It was something new and she loved using the polish as paint.
Another slight difference in this book is that instead of coloring the words that start with P (since we did that in the pink book) I went with coloring the picture that doesn’t belong in the row such as a ring in the middle of fruit or a rhino along with foods.
No Prep work, and printer friendly!
