Around here, we love cherries. Which is why this dessert was created. So from one cherry addict to another, here is an easy overly cherry treat that is delicious and looks like a “pup”cake as Lou says.<\/p>\n

JELLO – Cherry

\nWhipped Cream

Happy Cook’s Silicone Muffin and Cupcake Pan<\/strong><\/p>\n
It’s sturdy, flexible, and clean pan that bakes food evenly. The food just peels away from the sides. This pan is\u00a0100% Food Grade Non Stick Silicone. It’s high quality silicone pan made for repeated baking. You can use it in the oven, microwave, or freezer and best of all is it is dishwasher safe for easy clean up. I love this pan. The color is bright purple so I will never loose it in my cabinet. It bakes golden cupcakes that didn’t last long enough for pictures to be taken. I love the fact that you can push the bottom to pop out the cake, JELLO, muffin, quiche, or whatever else your baking… Anyone wanna join us for some bacon wrapped egg bakes this weekend? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

First thing to make these JELLO Cherry Cups is to add around four cherries into each cup on the muffin pan. You can add more or less but I found four perfect for us.<\/p>\n

Make the JELLO as stated on the box and pour into each cup. I was afraid that there wouldn’t be enough JELLO to make 12 but one pack of JELLO made exactly 12 cups.<\/p>\n

The the JELLO sit for 4 to 6 hours in the fridge. Then put it out. This is what makes this\u00a0Happy Cook’s Silicone Muffin and Cupcake Pan<\/em> so useful, it’s flexible so you can push from the bottom. <\/em>Run a butter knife around the edges of the cups\u00a0to loosen the JELLO. Then pushing from the bottom, pop the JELLO cup out and onto a plate.<\/p>\n

Cover with your whipped cream and top with another cherry.<\/p>\n
