There is a look my daughter gives me that I can tell she is getting hungry. It’s kinda like one of those commercials where the person turns into someone else. Although she just turns into an angry birds version of the normally sweet nature little girl I like to believe she is. I know then that it is lunch time, no clock needed. It’s time to pull of a healthy-ish lunch in lightening fast speeds while juggling the picky appetites of the three recipients. This is a day that screams PB&J! Today, however, we are going to mix things up a bit with a new treat.

All you need to pull this easy lunch off is Peanut Butter, Jelly, and flour tortillas.

Spread the peanut butter all over the flour tortilla. Be sure to spread it to all the edges. This is what keeps the wraps wrapped. Place the jelly in the middle or on one edge. As you roll, the jelly will spread on it’s own.

Start at one edge and roll the tortilla into a tube. Using a knife, cut the tube into small bite sized pieces. This step can be slightly messy but clean up in delicious. 🙂

Place the rolls on a plate and add your sides. We went with some pretzel sticks and mandarin oranges because they are my kids favorites.

What is better to pair this lunch with than a delicious 100% juice Juicy Juice Berry flavor. This is really a lunch that will fill them up and make them much happier and ready to finish the school day with a smile. And best of all start to end this took about 10 minutes!

The kids loved the new bite sized PB&J rolls and Juicy Juice is always a hit with them. This lunch was a win!

I also made these cute place mats for them to use. Sometimes one will finish before the others and these mats will keep them somewhat occupied while the others finish their lunches. You can download a copy for your kids below!
