I can’t help it, this season excites me and I get the creative bug. I have been working on adding a few new templates for my themes. This is one of the new additions to our template creation repertoire, strip cards. I’m not really sure what to actually call them so I called them strip cards.

There are three different activities included in this pack.

Creating the strip book is pretty easy. I used a cheap keychain clip I found in the junk drawer but they have rings you can get in the school or craft section if you are looking for something a little more sturdy. I printed the pack out and cut the strips out leaving the ends on so I would have somewhere to punch the hole. I punched a hole in the middle of the ends and slid them onto the clip. I punched the hole in the wrong side on a few of them (oops…in my defense, I was watching Bones on Netflix and they were interrogating the suspect.) but it was easy to fix by just punching a hole in the other end. 🙂

You could create three different books for the activities or just one big one like I did.

There are several different pattern sequencing cards. Most have the open box at the end but a few have it in the middle.

I would suggest laminating the strips and the blocks to protect them and help them last longer.

I hope you enjoy them!

Update on 10/18 to correct error and make files size more manageable. I sometimes forget to count apparently. 🙂 Maybe I should use these to practice my counting skills as well. 🙂

Suggestions, requests, questions, corrections, or comments?

Use our worksheets or activities?
