When I prep for the week I sort everything out into three piles, one pile for the worksheets to be put into the workbook, one pile for the cards and things that need laminated, and one pile for the things that go in the dry erase folders. It took me about an hour this weekend to set this pack up for the whole week. The good thing is that most of it will be usable for awhile such as the dry erase activities and laminated matching cards.

This is the first time I have incorporated a workbook in our prep and I don’t know why I didn’t think of it sooner as it has helped to keep things together and organized. I wish I could figure out a way to comprehensively show you how we organized this one. I couldn’t get it all into one picture. We have the workbook with the worksheets, coloring pages, and tracing pages. I have my dry erase folders which I filled with all the activities I knew she would want to do over such as finding the path to 100. I also have my puzzles separated into different folder pockets so she can take them out when she wants to work them. All the different manipulative activities are also housed in their own pocket with the materials inside to keep them together. I have a large tote where I house everything together and with easy access.

One big difference in this pack than my others available is the inclusion of puzzles. There are a ton of different puzzles in this pack. I think upwards of 20 pages are dedicated to different puzzles. Puzzles are Lou’s new thing. She loves putting them together. I wanted to give her plenty to work with.

As I said, there are different kinds of puzzles. We have count to ten puzzles, color matching puzzles, lower and upper case letter matching, and a few others.

This pack has several letter B activities. Sort the letter B, letter B do a dot, letter B play dough coloring page, and a few others.

As always I have included the basics. Counting, writing, beginning skill builders, and pattern making.

I wanted to show you our lacing dolls. I wish I had cut them out a little better before laminating so some of my dots don’t line up but that didn’t bother Lou. We use pipe cleaners to lace through these. This was her favorite activity this time….although I haven’t gotten all the puppets cut out yet so that may change. That was the one thing I just couldn’t bring myself to finish Sunday.

This is our preschool tray. We keep all our materials to work with here. Dot markers, pipe cleaners, counting coins, paint, dry erase marker, play dough, crayons, and a few other things that are hiding in the mess. I think there may be glue in there somewhere but Lou is a little obsessed with the glue so it may be somewhere else, probably without a lid and making a puddle that we will later hang on the tree and call a melted snowman.

I didn’t showcase all the different activities in this pack. This was just a small preview. It was just too big to show EVERYTHING and the page to actually load. I’m working on a few additions to the theme so if you enjoy it, check back. I have clip cards, fill in the missing number strip cards, and a few games coming soon.
