Preschool Valentine Candy Clip Counting Cards 1 to 12<\/h2>\n

When I was growing up, each year on Valentine’s Day my grandfather would give each of us kids a large heart shaped box a chocolates. It was something that was a tradition around our house and we would always look forward to our box each year. Now as Valentine’s Day is approaching I find myself thinking about those boxes of chocolates and my grandfather. I so wish I still had to ability to pick up the phone and call him up to tell him how much he still means to me and how I remember those boxes filled with different shaped flavored chocolate pieces. Instead I will reminisce with a slightly less sugar content version of those chocolates. I worked on some clip art that resembles chocolate candy and used it to create these clip counting cards. I know they may not taste as good (unless you have those boxes with the odd toffee pieces and then it might actually taste better. \ud83d\ude42 ) but it also will not make kids bounce of the walls or crash from sugar over load.<\/p>\n

Instruction for us:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Print<\/span> and laminate if you choose (or use clear contact paper)
\nCut out the boxes
\nUse markers, clothes pins, Bingo chips, or any form of marking the correct number on the card.<\/p>\n

If you do choose to laminate, they can use dry erase markers and re use them for a larger classroom.<\/p>\n
