\u00a0 When looking for rocks try to find round ones although letting the kids pick their own is quite fun too. When you have your rocks, wash them and let them dry.<\/p>\n I put the rocks and paint on a throw away plate to try to help on cut down on the mess. I also put the kids in old clothes because I know there will be orange or yellow paint somewhere it shouldn’t be by the end of the activity.<\/p>\n Not every pumpkin has to be the same. Creative art is about self expression and if they want to create a yellow and orange marbled rock than let them.<\/p>\n Paint your rock orange all over. You can let the top dry and then paint the bottom. We purchased this paint at Walmart for .50 so this is a super easy cheap art project. That is if you have rocks in your front yard.<\/p>\n Paint you a spooky face in yellow or black.<\/p>\n Singing “Do you wanna build a pumpkin?” while painting is completely optional.
